After a period of use, the coating on the inside of the container can be scratched or damaged, or even peeled. This is normal wear and tear and it does not affect the operation of the equipment. You can purchase container replacement via Hotline 0782.118.226
Normal wear and tear of the container, such as scratches and peelings are not covered by the warranty.

When the filter has reached the end of its life, or when it is not placed correctly, the machine will emit a slight sour smell. From that point on, the filter is no longer in good condition and should be replaced as soon as possible.
Be cautious when dealing with blocked motor shaft. This is not easy, you can pour hot water into the container and let it sit for a while, then check the status of the spindle (you can pour in hot water 2-3 times so that the finished products stuck onto the spindle can expand/unfold). If you have repeated the process 2-3 times and the spindle is still blocked, please contact our Technical Hotline for support at 0782.118.227
When the equipment is used for the first time, it may emit a slight smell of the new filter. This is normal. The smell is only temporary and will disappear soon.
The activated carbon filter(s) ensures that no odours are emitted during the Recycling process. When the filter(s) is saturated, the machine will emit a sour smell. From that point on, it is no longer in good condition and should be replaced as soon as possible.
